Third Chance

Greetings and welcome aboard the U.S.S. Benfold assigned to the Atlantis Exploratory Group of the United Federation of Planets and the Phoenix Fleet.
In accordance with Starfleet Directives the following objectives have been established for the U.S.S. Benfold. These include, but are not limited to:
1. Research and discover new planets for eventual colonization.
2. Seek out new life and new civilization
3. Provide for full execution of Federation Defense in the form of the SagDeg Colony.
4. Provide emergency medical or support assistance to any person that requires it

Okay!, You all have heard form the Admiral about the third chance he is giving us now. In all rights he could had said the Heck with it and closed us down.
Trek, thank you for your support and such. I look forward to you helping me get this simm back on track. As well, I still plan on the other action I mention. I'm going to see if I can make both work together.
As of now, here is the story line. The Benfold is currently damage from a cosmic string hitting us and damaging several key systems. We're sort of dead in the water and defenseless. I need all hands still with me to post what their character is doing to help get us fix. Major Gannon will be in charge of security & communications, since internal communication is down. As for myself, I will be helping repairing the ship as well. I've also put a call out to our merchant Captain's to see if they could provide assistant protecting us and letting our fighters land on their ship till our hangar bay is repaired.
I have Sunday and Monday off from my job and I'll be adding more to this mission. Also, I'll be going on vocation for several days in September on 6th,7th,8th,9th and will need for my Second and First Officer to continue running the simm till I come back. If your not going to be available, I'll ask Admiral Hunt to fill in for me till I get back.
